Mtre Aylwin won his client reduced legal fees and their reimbursement by the succession.

A dispute concerning responsibility for legal fees for representation of a person of full age under protective supervision following her death. V.B. was required to spend these amounts to protect the interests of her mother, for whom she was curator in the primary succession case. Not only was the client not found liable for the full amount, but the reduced fees were assumed by the succession.
