On September 25, 2008, a Canadian subsidiary of PNC Equity Partners II, L.P. completed the acquisition of The Orthotic Group Inc., a privately-owned company that specializes in the manufacture and distribution of orthotics. The acquisition was partially financed with senior secured debt provided by Bank of Montreal. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
