BetaPro Management Inc., the manager and trustee of the Horizons BetaPro ETFs, launched four new HBP ETFs on Thursday, June 25, 2009 and two new HBP ETFs on Tuesday, June 30, 2009.

The HBP ETFs launched on June 25 were the Horizons BetaPro COMEX Gold® ETF, the Horizons BetaPro COMEX® Silver ETF, the Horizons BetaPro Winter-Term NYMEX® Crude Oil ETF and the Horizons BetaPro Winter-Term NYMEX® Natural Gas ETF. The HBP ETFs launched on June 30 were the Horizons BetaPro COMEX® Sliver Bull Plus ETF and the Horizons BetaPro COMEX® Silver Bear Plus ETF.

Fasken Martineau acted for BetaPro in the launch of these new HBP ETFs, including the renewal of 16 other HBP ETFs on Tuesday, June 23, 2009, with a team that included Garth Foster, Munier Saloojee and Michael Gleeson (securities/investment funds), Jon Holmstrom and Aaron Stefan (banking and finance), and Mitchell Thaw (tax).
