On November 28, 2006, Imex Systems Inc., a leading provider of software services and solutions, announced that it had received venture capital from Blue Water Capital, LLC, a McLean, Virginia-based private equity firm. The funding will be used to expand Imex Systems software and services offerings within the government and corporate sectors, where Imex has established itself as a provider of business critical banking systems, online government services software and Oracle Migration solutions.

This is the first cross border investment for Blue Water Capital and empowers Imex Systems to increase its presence in US and global markets.
