Acted for Hermès Canada Inc. in obtaining an injunction preventing the sale of, and seizing, counterfeit merchandise. Although the knockoffs deliberately did not bear the Hermès name, the Plaintiff was successful in demonstrating that the point of the Defendant's business was to deceive customers.
