Was an active member of the team which acted for real estate affiliates of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and Quartier international de Montréal in the development of the head office of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in the Quartier international de Montréal and the neighbouring Quartier international de Montréal; this project won the prestigious prize of the Project of the Year of the Project Management Institute. This was a very complex development project which was constructed over an underground autoroute, connecting with the metro, neighbouring buildings, etc. (2000 to current)
