Carmine Boskovich advises clients on a wide range of business law matters with a focus on the commercial real estate industry. Her practice includes real estate acquisitions and development, corporate acquisitions and reorganizations and asset-based commercial transactions. She provides practical advice on real estate transactions, development/re-development issues, rights of ways and other interests in land and leasing matters. Carmine also acts as counsel to privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions of various types of businesses and advises clients on day-to-day corporate and commercial issues.
