Catherine Moss is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP and is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practice groups.
Catherine specialises in all aspects of corporate finance, including initial public offerings, secondary issues and public and private takeovers and mergers, acting for corporates, brokers and investment banks. Catherine has been actively involved in the UK capital markets since qualification, with the Alternative Investment Market since its inception in 1995 and, during 2006-7 with the Dubai International Financial Exchange. She is also experienced in structuring cross-border transactions, with particular emphasis on the impact of US securities law and practice on UK companies.
Recent work has included advising directors on cross-border restructuring issues, Nominated advisers and brokers on capital raisings and substantial corporates on M&A transactions and cross-border reorganisations.
Catherine was seconded to J. Henry Schroder's UK corporate finance team for the 1998 calendar year as an investment banker and practised as a lawyer in Dubai between 2006 and 2007.
