Acted as legal advisor for the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec in the development and construction of its offices in Montréal. This real estate complex is built over a highway and is linked to the 33 kilometres interior pedestrian system of the City of Montréal. This project won the 2003 "Award for Excellence" of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
