On September 19, 2007, US-based technology company Air Bargains Inc. and its affiliates acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Openfares Softwares Inc. and assets of Netfaresonline.com Inc. from C+H International. C+H International is a leading air consolidator by providing service in the travel industry. Open Fares travel software provides contract management, booking engines and distribution services to the travel industry.
