The team now benefits from strong relationships with a network of offices overseas, and takes on board the Canadian firm's impressive mining expertise. Its activities in the mining sector include project finance, M&A, equity financing, commercial mining work and IPOs. The firm recently acted on behalf of Borak Consultancy during the sale of its interests in Bezant Resources (formerly Tanzania Gold) on AIM, in a major share for share exchange deal.
