Chelsea Bushfield is an associate in the Business Law practice group.
Chelsea has worked with the firm since 2008. Her practice focuses broadly on securities and corporate/commercial, including public and private securities offerings, general corporate and commercial transactions, share and asset purchases, corporate reorganizations and internal corporate matters. Her work also involves performing due diligence reviews on behalf of underwriters and issuers in connection with mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt offerings and takeover transactions.
