Cheryl Biehler (formerly Dusten) is an associate in Fasken Martineau's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. She has particular experience with complex contractual disputes, class actions, tort law, administrative law, personal injury and product liability.
In addition to her experience with actions brought before the Ontario courts, Cheryl has experience with administrative tribunals, arbitration and mediation. She has represented clients in the mining, transportation, construction, and investment industries, as well as manufacturers of industrial, consumer and food products. Cheryl provides pro bono legal services to unrepresented litigants at the Small Claims Court in Toronto.
Cheryl articled at Fasken Martineau, joining the firm as an associate in 2006. As a summer student, Cheryl participated in a secondment at the Ontario Human Rights Commission in 2004. Cheryl is a member of the firm's Law School Liaison Committee. She is also a member of the firm's Student Development Committee, which is responsible for the hiring, supervising and mentoring of the firm's summer and articling students.

Community Involvement
- Cheryl participates in Pro Bono Law Ontario's Small Claims Court project, providing legal counsel to unrepresented individuals at the Small Claims Court in Toronto.
- Since 2005, Cheryl has been actively involved in the firm's annual holiday fundraising campaign for the Toronto Kiwanis Boys and Girls Clubs.
