On October 1, 2008, HP ProCurve announced that it had completed its acquisition of Colubris Networks, Inc., a Waltham, Mass.-based global provider of intelligent wireless networks for enterprises and service providers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Colubris was advised in this transaction by a team from Choate Hall & Stewart, LLP (in the United States) and from Fasken Martineau (in Québec) led by Michel Boislard and Patricia Gagnon.
