Cossette Communications acquires 65.4% of Dare Digital Limited for a purchase price that could rise up to £30 million

In 2007, Fasken Martineau Stringer Saul acted for Cossette Communications Inc. in its acquisition of 65.4% share of Dare Digital Limited. The consideration consisted of an upfront payment of approximately £10 million, subject to certain adjustments, together with an option for the outstanding share capital of Dare Digital Limited for additional consideration subject to earn-outs and certain adjustments. The final consideration may be in the region of £30 million to be paid over five years.
