On 24 February 2010, the Cossette group of companies completed a refinancing which included senior secured credit facilities provided by Bank of Montreal and an equity contribution and mezzanine debt financing by BMO Capital Corporation.
Cossette is a leading marketing and communications company, with offices in Québec City, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Halifax, New York, Irvine, Los Angeles, London and Shanghai.
Cossette U.K. Limited and the group's other U.K. companies were party to the credit agreements and security documents and were advised by June Paddock (Partner) and Daniel Joll (Associate) of Fasken Martineau.
The refinancing was related to the acquisition of Cossette by Mill Road Capital, L.P.
