Daiichi Sankyo successfully appeals against a PMCPA Panel decision
Acted for Daiichi Sankyo before the ABPI Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority Appeal Board in a successful appeal against an adverse PMCPA Panel decision in 2006. The PMCPA in the UK is the body which in most cases polices and adjudicates over promotional complaints and inter-company disputes.
