On January 18, 2006, IBI Income Fund announced that its subsidiary, IBI Group, and Daniel Arbour & Associates ("DAA") had agreed to merge.

Based in Montréal, DAA is a leading provider of urban and regional planning, design, and other professional services in the fields of housing, industrial institutional uses and commercial uses.
