David Ferris is a partner in the firm's Banking & Finance practice group. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial lending transactions of either a syndicated or bi-lateral nature (secured and unsecured) that are often multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional in nature. David regularly acts for financial institutions and has gained significant expertise recently in acquisition and project financings as well as general working capital financings.
