David Fox is engaged in a broad income tax practice. A large portion of David's practice is devoted to advising corporate clients on domestic and international tax matters. He also regularly advises clients in respect of federal and provincial tax audits, objections and appeals and, in this context, has represented clients before the Tax Court of Canada. David's practice also involves working with companies to address employee payroll and non-resident withholding tax matters. In addition, David assists clients in addressing the tax aspects of trust and estate matters. Prior to joining Fasken Martineau, David worked as an auditor and tax accountant at an international public accounting firm.
