David Johnson practises in the Banking and Finance Group of Fasken Martineau. Dave regularly advises both lenders and borrowers in complex corporate and commercial lending transactions, including syndicated and bi-lateral financings (both secured and unsecured), many of which have been multi-jurisdictional and/or multi-currency in nature.
Additionally, Dave has provided advice to various parties in connection with project financings, aircraft financings, asset/equipment financings, leasing transactions, securitizations and insolvency and restructuring matters.
Dave both summered and articled with the firm and returned as an associate in 2002.
