David Martin is a member of the Business Law Group. His primary focus is commercial real estate matters. David has comprehensive real estate experience with respect to the purchase and sale of office, industrial and residential apartment buildings, the development of residential and mixed-use projects, real estate project financing, commercial leasing and the rezoning and subdivision of lands.
Prior to joining the firm, David was in-house counsel for a private family company that has a national real estate division and diverse property holdings across Canada, including a residential apartment portfolio, hotel operations and farm division.
David has experience working for real estate developers, public companies, municipalities, financial institutions, educational institutions, charitable organizations and high net worth individuals.
David provides legal services through DAM Law Corporation.
