Desjardins Trust acquires Northwest Mutual Funds
On September 30, 2003, Desjardins Trust, a subsidiary of Desjardins Group concluded an agreement to acquire all common shares of Northwest Asset Management Inc. and its subsidiary Northwest Mutual Funds Inc., a mutual fund manager and distributor. The purchase price totalled $23 million.
