Mtre Gagné obtained a rendering of accounts from the liquidator within 30 days of the judgment, in addition to obtaining the vouchers in support of the statement. Without this, the liquidator would not have had to demonstrate sound management of the succession with evidence of its administrative acts, unbeknownst to the heirs.
