Eldorado Gold signs option and joint venture agreement with Bronco Creek Exploration

On December 16, 2008, a subsidiary of Eldorado Gold Corporation (TSX: "ELD," AMEX: "EGO") executed an option and joint venture agreement with Bronco Creek Exploration Inc. covering two of Bronco Creek's gold exploration projects located in Nevada, USA. The two properties are: Cathedral Well in White Pine County and Richmond Mountain in Eureka County.

Eldorado Gold and Bronco Creek technical teams will jointly develop exploration programs for the projects and Bronco Creek will initially serve as the operator of the exploration programs. Commencement of field activities is slated for Spring 2009.
