Élise Béland practices real estate law, with a particular focus on the sale, acquisition and financing of real estate projects. She counsels her clients on all aspects of real estate projects, from due diligence, to management of real rights, to day-to-day operations. Élise is also active in the rental sector, frequently drafting and verifying leases.
Élise is also a member of the firm's infrastructure group, taking part in various public-private partnership files, both drafting agreements and conducting calls for tenders.
