Élise Poulin practices primarily in the field of corporate law, with a particular expertise in the sale and acquisition of businesses and in corporate mergers, organizations and reorganizations. She actively participates in developing and implementing structures involving various business partners, including venture capital institutions, among others. Élise also acts as a legal advisor in matters involving the transfer of businesses between generations or to officers and executives. Élise has developed a speciality in trusts law, and thus complements the estate and testamentary planning services offered to owners of corporations. Since being called to the Bar in 1988, Élise has completed a number of large-scale transactions and acquisitions, and acts as a business advisor to several companies, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
