Elizabeth Lyall is a partner with Fasken Martineau. Elizabeth has practised civil litigation since her call to the bar in 1986 with an emphasis on life and disability insurance defence, transportation, and professional negligence. Elizabeth has appeared as counsel in all levels of Courts including the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Canada, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Elizabeth is the Immediate Past President of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association. Elizabeth was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2011.
Elizabeth is chair of the Fasken Martineau (Vancouver) Insurance and Product Liability Practice Group.
Elizabeth provides legal services through Elizabeth Lyall Law Corporation.
