In addition to angels, venture capitalists and private equity funds, we also represent conventional, mezzanine and subordinate debt lenders. From creating capital pool companies and assisting them through qualifying transactions, through to acting for established companies and their underwriters on initial public offerings, takeovers and reverse takeovers, we know the legal territory and the business players.
