Fasken Martineau's Labour, Employment and Human Rights Group is pleased to host a seminar examining the challenges of employee privacy rights. Karen Sargeant, Maria Giagilitsis and Ian Campbell will review the impact of recent court decisions on:

  • Scope of the employee's right to privacy when using the employer's IT systems and equipment;
  • How and when an employer may monitor employee usage; and
  • Policies employers should have in place regarding routine monitoring and investigations into alleged improper use.
