ADRIANA and WISCO: "A Heretofore Unheard of Project!" / How to build sound partnerships with Chinese investors?

In partnership with Canadian company Adriana Resources, Wisco (Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corp.), a Chinese crown corporation that figures among the world's largest steelmakers, is planning an ambitious mining project. Wisco's investment is estimated at $13 billion from now until 2016. The Lac Otelnuk Project expects to extract 50 million tonnes of iron ore per year for a period of up to 100 years.
According to an agreement, Wisco will acquire a 60% interest in the project and Adriana will hold the remaining 40%.
The Chinese giant undertakes to supply a minimum of 70% of the necessary funding.
