Fairmont Hot Springs Resort sold to Ken Fowler Enterprises

On September 22, 2006, Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Ltd. of British Columbia was sold to Ken Fowler Enterprises of St. Catharines, Ontario for an undisclosed sum. Ken Fowler Enterprises is a Canadian owned private equity firm that has long-standing investments in the resort, development, and hospitality industries.

Fasken Martineau advised Fairmont and its controlling shareholder in this transaction with a team comprised of Steve Lukas, Allison MacInnis, Carmine Boskovich, Deepak Gill and Brent Lewis.
