Fernand Savoie v. Vidéotron Ltd

This class action was brought by a group of Internet service subscribers over the bandwidth limits on their Extreme High-Speed service. The subscribers hope to receive full reimbursement of all fees for usage in excess of bandwidth limits for which they were billed, and to be able to terminate their contract without being penalized or having to pay any amount whatsoever, as they believe the bandwidth limits in their contract were modified without being notified.
