During the month of January 2004, successfully represented Fiducie Immobilière MCM (trust whose beneficiary is the Congrégation des Soeurs du Bon Pasteur) in the context of declaratory and expungement proceedings regarding the enforceability of an agreement entered into between an affiliate of Cinémas Guzzo and the former owners of Marché Central (2004 CanLII 27422 (QC C.S.).
