Financing of Place Montreal Trust's Office Tower
In May 2005, The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company granted a mortgage loan to the owners of Place Montreal Trust's Office Tower. Among the specificities of this transaction: the office tower was held under emphyteusis and commons spaces between the tower and the retail portion were the object of servitudes. Marc Généreux secured the financing for the Lender.
