It is common for employees, due to their personal relationships with people from both inside and outside their workplace, to be in situations where their own interests conflict with their employer's. What rules apply to such situations and what limitations can be imposed on employees in this regard without discriminating against them or invading their privacy? What measures can employers take? Should they adopt conflict of interest policies? All these questions and more will be answered by our speakers.
