In the third of a series of monthly seminars, the Life Sciences Group at Fasken Martineau invites you to its January presentation on drug regulation and pricing.

Our guest speaker, David K. Lee, Director of the Office of Legislative and Regulatory Modernization, Health Canada, will speak about the progressive licencing project and the modernization of Canada's drug regulations.

Richard Cheung will also speak about drug pricing in Canada including PMPRB and provincial formulary issues.
