In the second of a series of monthly seminars, the Life Sciences Group at Fasken Martineau invites you to its November presentation on medical devices.

Our guest speaker, Daniel Yoon, Regulatory Information Officer, Medical Devices Bureau at Health Canada, will speak about medical device licensing and recent issues including cost recovery and electronic device license applications.

Timothy Squire will also speak about legal restrictions on pre-approval device promotion and responding to RFP's, including what device manufacturers can and cannot do.
