Four Fasken Martineau Lawyers Contribute to the Publication of the Code de procédure annoté

Four Fasken Martineau lawyers are among the contributors to a book entitled
Code de procédure annotée, published by Lexis Nexis and written by private, government and legal aid lawyers. The
Code de procédure annotée is a bilingual collection of key decisions, landmark decisions judgments that provide highly relevant illustrations.
Nathalie-Anne Béliveau, Andé Durocher, Claude Marseille and Enrico Forlini each contributed to the collection, respectively signing commentaries and practice notes on injunctions, class actions and seizures before judgement. The volume includes more than 250 commentaries in addition to reproducing the
Act respecting administrative justice, the
Courts of Justice Act and all the rules of practice in the appendices. Information retrieval has been facilitated by the way in which headings have been selected, organized and classified.
