Fugro Data Solutions acquires Trango Technologies

On August 1, 2006, Fugro Canada Inc. acquired the Canadian data management company Trango Technologies from TSX-listed Pulse Data Inc., for approximately $1.8 million plus working capital adjustments.

Trango Technologies is a Calgary, Alberta, based company and will be integrated in Fugro Data Solutions in which Fugro's data management activities are concentrated. With Trango the range and scope of services offered in North America will be expanded.

Fugro provides services in data collection and management, license round organization and supporting application development. It provides advice, generally for purposes related to the oil and gas industry, the mining industry and the construction industry, including infrastructure projects.
