Gabriel Castiglio's practice focuses on business law, with a particular emphasis on mergers, acquisitions and securities. He has collaborated in several complex transactions on behalf of large private and publicly-traded corporations, such as the purchase, sale, financing and restructuring of businesses in Canada and abroad. A considerable portion of his practice consists of advising publicly-traded corporations in connection with obligations imposed on them by regulatory authorities.
