Gary Ott is a member of the steering committee of the firm's Technology and Intellectual Property Group. Gary practices corporate commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and debt and equity financings. While his transactional practice has him representing clients across a broad spectrum of industries, Gary has extensive experience advising clients in the technology industry and forest industry. Gary gained private sector experience in the technology industry by working as corporate counsel in Motorola's Mobile Data Division. He combines a practical business-oriented approach with an ability to manage work in a cost-effective manner.
