Getting Business Done: M&A Advisor Award presented to Fasken Martineau

Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law firm, won the award for Middle-Market Deal of the Year (between $100 million to under $250 million) at the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Awards which took place last night.
With this award, The M&A Advisor recognized the work done by Fasken Martineau's lawyers in a deal involving a buyout and merger of Hybris AG and iCongo Inc. by Hunstman Gay Global Capital. Awards were given last night during a special ceremony at the New York Athletic Club in New York City.
