Montréal (Canada) - Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law firm, won the award for Middle-Market Deal of the Year (between $100 million to under $250 million) at the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Awards which took place last night.

With this award, The M&A Advisor recognized the work done by Fasken Martineau's lawyers in a deal involving a buyout and merger of Hybris AG and iCongo Inc. by Hunstman Gay Global Capital. Awards were given last night during a special ceremony at the New York Athletic Club in New York City.

The team from Fasken Martineau is composed of Peter Villani, partner in the M&A and Mining practice groups, Claude Jodoin, partner in the Tax practice group, Jean-Philippe Mikus, partner in the Technology and Intellectual Property practice group, Nathalie-Anne Béliveau, partner in the Labour, Employment and Human Rights practice group, and Jean-François Séguin, associate in the corporate/commercial practice group.
