• Represented Ontario's Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, provider of "Telehealth Ontario", in the set up of their telephone dial up round-the clock health information line to more than six million people in the Greater Toronto Area and assisted with the successful negotiation of the Telecare Service Agreement, including systems, software and database development and licensing, intellectual property ownership issues, trade-mark registrations, outsourced IT services and source code escrow.
• Advised CIRA, the Canadian Internet Domain Name Registration Authority, in connection with the drafting of their Rules and By-laws and more specifically, terms pertaining to electronic communications, e-proxy and electronic signatures.
• Advised the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants on quality assurance processes.
• Advised the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council software development and licensing.
