Group DKG acquires An-Cor Industrial Plastics

On July 10, 2008, Group DKG Corp., a company involved in the design and manufacture of composites products and equipment, acquired its second operating subsidiary, An-Cor Industrial Plastics, Inc., a U.S. company with a manufacturing plant in the state of New York. The transaction was financed in part by the Business Development Bank of Canada in its first ever cross-border financing.
