Hardani (Dani) Azmi is a Partner at Fasken Martineau LLP and a member of the Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources groups.
Dani has a practice representing and providing strategic advice to clients, including banks, private investors, investment funds, international corporates and government agencies on participation in investment funds and large scale infrastructure and energy projects, Public Private Partnerships, counter trade and Defence offset projects.
His practice is particularly focused in the Middle East, China, Malaysia and other Asian countries, Africa, the United Kingdom and The CIS.
Dani's principal area of expertise lies in the development of investment strategies, identifying suitable participants and financing, structuring investments to optimise returns and supervising the ongoing legal and operational process, whilst managing complex relationships.
In addition to his role as an English solicitor, Dani has, at various times, been involved in structuring and managing major international and sovereign backed wealth funds and their underlying investments and joint ventures.
