Hélène Auclair

Hélène Auclair is a paralegal and has been specializing in various areas of business law for 25 years. She earned a Certificate in Business Law from Université de Montréal in 1991 and completed her B.A. from McGill University in 1985. She is a member of the Business Law practice group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin's Montréal office where she has held the position of senior paralegal in charge of transactional and contractual operations concerning business enterprises.

In the course of her duties, Hélène drafts closing documentation in connection with various corporate transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. She is responsible for the corporate maintenance of companies of clients of the firm, in addition to conducting corporate audits of minute books in the context of due diligence. She is involved with lawyers of the firm in pre-closing transactions and prepares relevant documentation for incorporations, organizations, amendments, dissolutions, continuances, amalgamations, revivals, share structures, extra-provincial registrations, rollovers and other share related transactions.
