While a summer student Arif Chowdhury prepared a Brief for the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. The Court affirmed that Civil Marriage Commissioners, who based on their personal religious beliefs, deny services to same-sex couples are in contravention of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code.
