Defence co-counsel for a Montréal media group in a declaratory action and an injunction brought by the "raëlien" movement seeking to stop publication of any comment that might infringe upon their fundamental rights and freedoms. Motion to dismiss granted by the Superior Court (J.E. 2006-1139). Judgment upheld by the Québec Court of Appeal (2006 QCCA 1385, SOQUIJ AZ-5039867).
