Successfully defended Telesystems International Ltd. in an oppression case in the Ontario Superior Court and a joint hearing before the Quebec and Ontario Securities Commissions. The success of the case helped to avoid Telesystems' bankruptcy. The company has gone on to become a successful multi-billion dollar, world-wide business.
